SYNOPSIS: 

Join ACRRM as we introduce the Australian Digital Health Agency’s approach to planning for a more connected health system, and explore ACRRM’s approach to quality and safety in rural practice with an emphasis on engaging the practice team and performance improvement.

Presented by Fellows Dr Anthony Lembke, Dr Dale Ford and Dr Ewen McPhee, the focus is on the systematic management of chronic conditions in rural and remote settings, using new models of care supported by digital health and continuous quality improvement methodology. Heather McDonald from the Australian Digital Health Agency will provide an overview of digital health policy and strategy.
