SYNOPSIS:
The National Primary Health Care Conference is being held from 23 – 25 November 2016 in Melbourne. It is a platform for the whole primary health care community to come together in a supportive and collaborative environment to discuss pivotal issues for the future of primary health care.
The theme “Primary Health Care: building a strong preventive foundation for a healthy Australia” will be supported by complementary streams focusing on Community, Clinical and Governance. Each stream will incorporate a strong focus on prevention, consumer engagement, building capacities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, health workforce, eHealth, aged care and much more.
