SYNOPSIS:

Sydney North Primary Health Network (SNPHN) invites local GPs, Primary Care Nurses, Practice Managers and Practice staff to a workshop to develop and apply understanding of Aboriginal cultures to improve service and program outcomes.
This workshop also includes pre-course work including completion of two online assessments (approx. 3 hours).

- Calculating catch-up vaccination requirements for overdue children and 10-19 year olds.
- Adult vaccinations covering occupational requirements, pneumococcal, dTpa, shingles, rabies PEP and influenza.
- Cold Chain Management and the NSW Health requirements
- Accessing the Australian Immunisation Register.

SYNOPSIS:

Sydney North Primary Health Network (SNPHN) invites local GPs, Primary Care Nurses, Practice Managers and General Practice administration staff to the Triage in General Practice event. This workshop outlines the systems and processes that support reception staff, to safely and appropriately triage patients, based on RACGP standards. Participants will gain tools to ensure safe, quality care of patients by clinical and non-clinical teams to avoid health, safety and medico-legal risks.
