Synopsis:
The Accu-Chek Step Program has been designed for Practice Nurses to support education on structured self-monitoring of blood glucose (sSMBG) methods and the benefits of sSMBG in people with type 2 diabetes.
This program will help you identify patients with sub-optimal control and educate them on both sSMBG and use of the Accu-Chek Guide Blood Glucose meter. This activity has been endorsed by APNA according to approved quality standards criteria.
CPD: Eligible participants can claim up to 5 CPD hours.
